Whats up my main zonies!? ;) <- made that up hehe jk
This week has been wayyyyyyyy better for me! I am finally freeeeee of sickness! YUSSS!!! I am muy contenta! ..if that's how you spell it/say it. Speaking of which, I met some spanish people again...nothing new there...and I communicated with them!! I said "hola" yeahhh it was great ;) thats it! I need to learn some spanish pronto! It would help just a tad.
Anyways, this week has been full of interesting, fun stuff! I got pooped on my head by a bird, no big deal. The usual...NO really!! It was EPIC! I was so mad! So we go see this guy walking and I was like "lets cross the road to talk to him!" so we did. And we started talking to him when *PLOP* POOP ON MY HEAD!!! >:| it was the most awkwardest/disgusting-est thing in the world! Who wouldve thought?! Now I can check that off my list of things to happen on my mission! I hope you get a laugh at that cuz I know my comp did..as well as the guy talking to us! So much for instincts :p I also had pork chops this week...let me just say...NASTIEST THING IN THE WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How can people eat that stuff??????? I was trying so hard to keep in down...my comp even thinks theyre gross so I'm not weird! It was really not that great...but luckily I had potatoes to shove down right after. And w EVEN saw an albino squirrel! It was the weirdest thing!! THey're white and have red eyes..kinda creepy but they are real! Aparently they cant see very well so they stay in trees for the most part.

On to the fun, spiritual side, we got to teach our now investigators Barlow and Jessica! I dont remember if I told you how we dropped off a BOM for them with highlighted scriptures to help them with their loss of his brother, but when we came back they said it really helped and they wanted to know more about it. Chuk-Ching! ;) we planned that ;) haha no, they were so awesome though! We are excited to have them and are going to talk to them about eternal marriage. Yayy!! I love them! We also taught our other investigators and slowly getting them to actually do their commitments. One of our investigators started criticizing "our God" and that didnt really end well...it started going into more of an argument but we stongly bore our testimonies and left. He could definitely feel the power though cuz he shut up quickly and was quiet when we left. It makes me sad that people don't/can't see the things that comes from the gospel or even God himself. If only they knew and followed it, there lives would be so much better. But we continue on, at least we have planted a seed, hopefully one day it will grow. We do have great experiences all the time!
This week has been so much better. One thing that I have come to know that I didnt before my mission is that members of the church are the ones to do the work and to find the people. We, as missionaries, are to asist and help out. You are the finders, we are there to teach them. Challenge to you all - find people to share the gospel with, even if its something small, invite them to dinner and have the missionaries over. Give Referrals to missionaries!!! We need your help bringing the gospel to everyone. Every member a missionary. It's simple :) And make sure they get fed..we like food! :p haha
I am so glad to hear that Larissa is doing good! I feel bad cuz it sounds like my mission is easy-peasy compared to hers! :p But something fun, theres a peruvian in my ward!!! I didnt even know!!! But I havent been able to talk to her cuz she's getting married and always with her fiance. Well LOVE YOU LOTS!!!!!!!!!!! :)
