So my gosh! This week was amazing!!
And also interesting.
First off, we lost our phone. That was pretty great! We wanted to be home on time so badly! Got home at 9pm exact. Got in our room to text our ward mission leader....phone=gone. WHAT??? So we got permission from our DL to go find it. Well its a good thing that the whole night we walked everywhere cuz we had no miles...not. Went to where we parked. Nothin'. Then we drove all the way to our destinations and such with a flashlight, then this last place...nothin' (name that movie;) ) so we decide to give up cuz its already 10pm...driving back, we decided to look again where we parked. Found it!! Why didn't we see it before?? But we got it! :) prayer works! Espesh when were desperate and cant do anything without our phone...
well on that note, I cant remember anything else that we did. So I think im having short term memory loss...cuz I cant ever remember anything anymore....

Well!
So we were finally able to meet with Kayla and Karina this week! TWICE! so glad! And Kayla has been reading and been seeing prayers answered since she has been. READING THE BOOK OF MORMON WORKS!!!!!!!!!! :) I love it! But. So depressing! So theyre going to girls camp this week which were super excited for, but they're going to Mexico with their mom till july 20th and i'll be transferred by then...super depressing! I wont see them again :( I did shed a tear, not gona lie! But I know that one day they will get baptized! We had a great lesson with them but also found out that they didn't really understand the priesthood and that for instance, Catholics don't have the authority to baptize and reach the celestial kingdom...which kind of destroyed them. Karina started doubting the truth. But I am so thankful for the spirit and that its real because Karina had received her answer about it being true by the spirit and so we were able to remind her about it! She then pointed out that it was Satan that was putting those doubts in her mind.
I really hate Satan. In that small moment, right in front of our eyes, he tried making them question. And he did. But Karina was able to notice that and Kayla was still confused and unsure. NO! :( But she told us that she'd have to take it to the Lord. Which is good, i'm glad she knows that God is the way to receive answers.
And guess what?? We had 5 investigators at church!!!!!!!!!! yay! :) Jason, Glen Becks bodyguard was there! Finally! And we have an appt with him this week so were stoked! and it sounds like he's doing good without the coffee! :) He's getting there! Kayla and Karina went, so did Isabel :) and Eiji, (a-g) who just got married to Kristen Pierce and use to go to ysa but are now ours to teach...did I tell yall about them? Well if not, too bad, don't got time to talk about that, but we had dinner with them and the pierces and the only thing holding them back is him not knowing enough. I was baptized when I was 8...did I know all this?? Absolutely not! He just doesn't understand that part...well we shared that with him so hopefully that helped but we are meeting with themon Wednesday!
The Medfords didn't come to church cuz they weren't feeling good BUT they came to the mission presidents fireside last night and it was SOOO AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Which by the way I was able to see SISTER TAYLOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :') I was so happy!!! And Waylon and Brandy, who are in Arlington! GOSH I MISS THEM ALL!!!!!!!! GOod memories! :) But After the fireside they talked to President Ames and Mikayla was like "IM GETTING BAPTIZED JULY 5th!!!!!!!!!!!!" Heart melted...shes so excited! Then Mike was like "I am too!" DOuble melted! Its so awesome to see their excitement and how much they've grown! I love it!
Mission life= BEST LIFE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!
