So this week has been soo cool! Well for the most part :)
First of all...you should be SOO proud! I had fish. No, not just fish, RAWWW fish!!! We had sushi for lunch and I got to eat a raw slab of fish. Of course I covered it with wasabi :) mmmmm the wasabi part was gooooood! And i couldnt even taste any fishy taste which was grannndtastic but i just didnt like the fact that I was eating it nice and raw. I couldve put it back in the water and had it swim away it was so raw. Haha not really, but still! No steaks yet but I have a feeling thats going to change tonight... :/ I'll letcha know next week!
So Kristen, who was suppose to get baptized this sunday, the 8th, didnt :( She's having some problems with things and its just sad!! It's hard cuz we're right in the middle of it and not sure with what to do :/ relying on the Lord is the only thing we can do right now because we have no clue how to deal with the situation she is going through right now. Our other investigator, Sarai, the one thats from England, finally text us back and actually told us she needed a friend and we met with her right by our apartment cuz she was at the bar right next to it. She was just so sad and wanted help. She told us how much she just loves the feeling that she has when shes with us and she asked us to pray haha it was soo cute! She is adorbs! She told us that she reads Helaman 5:12 all the time and that she just wants that peaceful feeling with her. But then she wasnt at her house when we had an appt with her and she text us and said she doesnt wana deal with religion right now....-_-....were starting to think she's bipolar! Ugh! It's frustrating!!
But now onto the good news :)
We got this referral and she contact us and wants to be baptized!! She is soooooo solid!! But her parents are completely against it but she knows its the right thing and absolutely loves the Book of Mormon!! Ohh man! If everyone had the burning in their heart like she does...the world would be the greatest place!! Seriously, I dont see how ANYONE would not want to follow the Savior, follow the Gospel. Its SO WORTH IT! If only you could see the change...ohh its so amazing! I just love the gospel! :)
We also got this other referral and the gut is just like Joseph Smith! He know's theres faults in the Bible and knows there has to be one church that is right. Sincere seeker right here!! :) It's so exciting!! He is now reading the BOM :)
We also have this new investigator, Maddy, who actually grew up with an elder that is in our district. She even graduated seminary and has her own scripture quad and all. Solid! She is great!! Now that she is in college and doesnt have to worry about her parents, she's ready to go :) Yay!!
I went on an exchange with Hermana Gwynn. She came to my area though. But Im learning ;D little by little haha
Ohhhh! I dont wana leave my mission!!! Welll....I guess get released! Larissa and I, I think, should just not get released when we get home and just serve in Gilbert ;p It would work! I'd do it! Missionlife!!!!
YOSO! Sister Ewing and I made this up! instead of YOLO, you only serve once! It's legit! :)
Love you all!!! Have a greaaat week!! :)
