Hey everyone!
Oh my gosh! What a week....well kinda. I LOVED GENERAL CONFERENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So first off. Dad. you are hilarious! I can see where I get my weirdness from more and more...good gosh! You are Larissa are now officially twins too! Gotta love them kidney stones ;)
Brielle is getting too big. EVERYONE NEEDS TO STAY SMALL HERE!!! just wait 7 more months...then continue!
So this week I feel like its been lots of fun moments...I just cant think of them all :/ im fired!
Sister Tuck and I have been doing real great this week. Her goal this week was to be more happy. Success!! Except I think its been a result of my klutsyness..OH WELL! :)
We were at Target last week and she epically failed at going through the doors...they for some reason didn't open...while she was walking. oh man. Hilarious!
So for April foolz.....nothing happened! Yeah, lame. I know right! Missionary humor is pretty lame...unless your a missionary. The greatest april fools joke was that at district meeting some sisters said all their investigators dropped them...and then Sister Rhoades started fake crying...and then "just kidding." Lamo! It was a good one though! Har har har!
We weren't able to teach out investigators much this week...but did with Karina one night while Kayla was at a friends house. Shes the one that's received her answer but wants to wait to be baptized and Kayla isn't ready for her answer yet... but we finally got to talk to Karina alone and she can see that her testimony's dwindling because shes not reading. JUST READ!!!! But she said she's going to try harder this week. So were hoping!!
My gosh the weathers been Ah-MAZING this week! Thunderstorms, rain, and everything great! Besides tornados...I just really want to see one...just super quick! But nope... Oh speaking of which, Denton -my first area- got GRAPEFRUIT SIZE HAIL!!!! WHat the flip man!!!!!!!! Thatts cray cray!!!! I wish I was there ;) poor people...but of course every time it rains here we are ALWAYS in a long meeting or something. annoying!
So this week....CONFERENCE! And guess what?#&*$&%(@#%*($!*$*&^? The Tongans fed us between the sunday morning and afternoon sessions....and man I don't even wana know what I was eating. Don't know, and don't wana find out. I only broke 3 forks trying to eat some kind of meat. Only 3. Its fine, everyone was dying and making fun on me. All the elders were laughing hysterically. There joke : "man, sister Tilton really takes advantage of her 30 minute exercise everyday.." you know it bro! I'm a beast...what can I say! And don't worry, I had to get seconds...AND take like 5 pounds of it home. Talk about fat feelin' = shayla ova here!
It was funny though, some sisters came late when were just soaking in our food, and when we saw them we were all like "SISTERS!!! COME EAT!!!" And then all the Tongans were like "Yes EAT!!!" greatest moment ever! They had to eat...gotta love that persistence!
Ok. General Conference now! We watched it at the stake center cuz our less actives that we were going to watch it with, little turds cancelled on us! But it was amazing!!
So I saw some common topics in ALL of them!! Charity, Faith, and Gratitude. It was in all of the talks. So cool! I loved them!
So Funny story, Sister Tuck's first name is Charity. And she was like " Gosh I really see now that I give the word 'charity' a bad name!!!" Gods trying to tell her something...shes convinced! funny moment!
A couple quotes I really liked though was

and "Why focus on 'the end' when we can focus on 'now'
- that one really stuck out to me...and its so true! Why say that one day i'm going to be this or when I die I hope im like this or whatever the heck we say, make that NOW! Why procrastinate to have the greatest happiness in the world!? Doesn't work...
I hope y'all watched it! if not, GO WATCH IT! Its pretty great! I don't know how people fall asleep in it *cough* dad *cough* Haha jk ;) Im glad you stayed awake THIS time ;) love you....
One last thing I forgot to mention last week...So I FINALLY got to see Glen Beck at church...and his good o'l bodyguard Jason....pretty weird! Don't worry, I'll have his sig in no time ;)
