So this week has been pretty awesome!!!!! For sad starters, Sister Taylor is leaving meeee :( and Im super sad! But my new comp will be Sister Vave who was in my district at the MTC. It's super exciting but she's been in the tongan ward so doesnt really know how to teach in english...we'll see how this goes! Change but it'll be great! Sister Taylor and I have been having super awesome success though!! It's sad to see her leave, we ranked in the top 3 on the whole mission!!! Superrrr CRAZYYYY!!!! We be chillin' :p so I'm hoping it'll continue on. Sister Taylor is an amazing missionary. Ah! I'm gona have to step it up..
So this week our zone leaders pranked us and called us on the spanish elders phone and said they were in a bike wreck and they were bleeding really badly and so we were trying to find our first aid kit and then they started saying how their leg was just ripped off and then we realized it was them...idiots! So we decided to get them back! Our district leader Elder Lee and his comp were totally in as well so we planned harddddd. So every morning we go running and the zone leaders always go to the institute building and play pool for 'workout' (lame lazyss) and so we went there early in the morning and I wore my black sweats and shirt and a black hoodie then I chalked my face black and I stood in the corner where they walk in - sister taylor was in the library with her video camera - and they walked in and i screamed really loud and they just about died!!!!!! Elder Muhlstein screammedd and hit the wall and fell on the ground. Words cannot describe the sight. We could NOT stop laughing!!! It was amazingggggg!! And we totally got it all on video! So we went in to play games with them and they were still scared out of their minds and elder Muhlstein went to throw something away in the kitchen and elder Lee and his comp were in there and they grabbed his leg and screamed and Muhlstein literally almost died again. The. Funniest. Thing. EVER!! We got them soooooooo good!!! >:) Best day ever! It was fantastic.
So we met with Robert about his baptism on the 3rd and he said that his mom called him and told him that he was rushing and needed to check out other churches and discouraged him and he told us he wasnt going to go against his family. We were supperrr depressed!! But we told him to pray and find out for himself again and that God was his number one source and not other ministers/preachers. So we fasted and prayed and the next day we met with him and showed him the restoration video and he told us that he could feel the spirit so strong and needs to be baptized. We were so happy!! He is so receptive to the spirit. It was amazing! :) So he was baptized and a lot of people came to support him :)
This is the greatest thing though! well one of them :p So Mason was kicked out of his apartment this week cuz their lease was up and he had no place to go, he has no job, no phone, and it was super sad! We met with him before though and finally broke the ice and he said he wanted a new life, was sick of partying/drinking/smoking and he wanted to be baptized!!!!!! AHHHH!!! So we had his baptism on the 4th!!! It was amazing!!! He changed completely and he has come so far. We were able to also find him a place to stay in the ward and he has a job interview today and will hopefully get it!! Yay! The baptism was SO GREAT!! We had so many people come to support him that there were no more seats, people were standing, and you could tell Mason was so happy even though he's not the kind of person to show his feelings. His friend Andrew came also - one of our investigators that wants to follow Christ but doesnt want to obey the commandments...he's a turd! But it was so awesome!! :)
So to end Sister Taylor and I's companionship, we had 3 baptisms together! I love this work!! The greatest thing ever. I don't want to leave. Ever! I love it :) Love you all!
